Is it really a live call?
Yes. The conversation happens live: your child speaks, and Santa responds to what they say. It’s an interactive video call with an AI Santa, rather than a prerecorded personalized message.
Is the app free?
Dial Santa is free to download. Calls require purchased minutes, starting at US$2.99 for five minutes. There is no subscription.
How long can we talk?
Santa and Mrs. Claus calls can last up to six minutes; Comet calls up to three. The available balance also sets the limit. Minutes are used by the connected second, and remaining minutes stay in your account.
Is a grown-up part of the experience?
Yes. Dial Santa is designed for a parent or guardian to set up and supervise. Stay nearby, especially with younger children. You control profiles, purchases, and when the call ends.
Can we use FaceTime to call Santa?
Dial Santa is a separate iPhone app for live AI video conversations. It does not use Apple FaceTime and does not provide a Santa phone number. A grown-up sets up the app and buys call minutes.
